Meet the Authors in November
November 6th, Friday at 2:00 pm at the FPM Johnathon Campbell will be introducing his book “Railroads, Rifles and Ruffians”— journal writings and pictures from his great grandfather, John Milton Campbell, and his time on the Denver and Rio Grande train as a brakeman. The reader will travel over hill and dale along the D&RG tracks meeting many town sites and characters along the way.
Johnathon’s book will sell for $20 and, of course, he will sign your book.
November 7th at the Florence Pioneer Museum at ____?____, we are proud to have local author John Gonzales introducing his new book “The Wrong Side of the Tracks”. This his historical memoir of growing up in “Hollywood”, a small industrial area south of the D&RG tracks in Florence CO along Union Street. John’s book will sell for $25.
