2018 Events

May 19, 2018: An Historic Pancake Walk: Bring an appetite!

May 19th--evening--Stay in town after the Pancake Walk and join the G.I. Jive Big Band Bash. See our link on May 19th--Big Band Bash for more information.


May 20th--Sunday-- Florence Car Show will be held. The Florence Pioneer Museum and Research Center will be open that day until 4:00 p.m.


June 23-24: Meet at the Florence Senior Center for the "N" Gineers and their model trains from Colorado Springs. Watch our website and the local newspapers for more information later.


September 8th: Tour de Coal Towns: Join the pack for a fall bike ride/run through the historic coal camps of Eastern Fremont County. Lunch at the Pioneer Park at the end of the ride.
